You're eligible if you:

• Are 18 or older.
• Don't work for Uniform or the company you're referring.
• Are legally allowed to receive a referral payment in your country.

Your referral qualifies if all of these are true:

• You register it on our referral portal before Uniform's sales team has any contact with the company.
• The company isn't already in Uniform's pipeline or CRM.
• The company signs a contract with Uniform by September 30, 2026.

Uniform has final say on whether a referral qualifies.

Submit your referral at the link provided by Uniform. Include the company name, your contact there, and a brief note on what they need. Referrals sent by email or any other channel won't be eligible.

Once the deal closes, here's what happens:

• We'll email you within 10 business days to confirm the deal and your payment amount.
• You'll need to send us an invoice and a completed tax form (W-9 for US residents, W-8BEN for everyone else).
• We'll pay you within 30 days of receiving your documents, by bank transfer or check.

Your payment is 10% of the net annual contract value — the first year's subscription amount, excluding taxes and third-party fees. There is no maximum.

Referral fees may be taxable income. You're responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed. US referrers who earn $600 or more will receive a 1099-NEC from us.

• Don't make promises on Uniform's behalf.
• Make sure you have permission to share your contact's details with us.
• Don't use high-pressure or misleading tactics when making introductions.
• Only one fee is paid per deal. If two people refer the same company, the first registered referral wins.

Participation in this program is subject to a mutual confidentiality agreement between you and Uniform ("MCA"). By registering a referral, you agree to keep the following confidential:

• Any non-public information Uniform shares with you, including deal terms, pricing, or product details.
• The identity and details of any prospect you refer, until the referral is registered and Uniform confirms receipt.

If a separate MCA is already in place between you and Uniform, that agreement governs. If not, these confidentiality obligations apply for the duration of the program and for two years after it ends.

Uniform can update or end this program at any time. If we end it early, we'll still honor any referrals already registered. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
